For 2009, we’ve made some upgrades to the Arkitip Intel. Though the changes are seemingly minor, we hope they’ll make your visits more enjoyable.

The first thing you may notice is that the address has now changed to http://arkitipintel.com/. By moving the Intel to it’s own URL, we’re acknowledging that it’s grown into a publication of it’s own and hopefully opening up some doors for it’s future development. All links to the old address should forward automatically, but we recommend you change your bookmarks. Our RSS addresses have changed as well, so if you would like to remain subscribed to our syndicated feed, please update your feedreader.

This was not a redesign. Our online aesthetics remain identical to our principles for print. We aim to present our reporters’ content with as few distractions and little ornament as possible. We have, however, reorganized navigational elements to reduce your number of clicks. The Arkitip Intel is now optimized for your iPhone or iPod touch, so you can keep up with your favorite reporters on the go.

We look forward to continuing to bring you the latest news from our worldwide family of reporters in 2009 and beyond.

André on the Arkitip Chronicles

I spent some time with André and Anna when they were in LA a few months back.

One afternoon we hear some commotion in the alley behind the studio and we find André painting a Love Graffiti piece for his wife on our wall.

We of course grabbed the filming equipment and shot footage. From there, Felipe got in touch with Pedro for some music and the result is our 12th Arkitip Chronicle with André.
